Town have completed the signing of Will Norris on loan from Wolves.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper put pen to paper on a deal that will see him stay at Portman Road until the end of the 2019/20 campaign.

Norris was at Portman Road yesterday to undergo a medical and complete the formalities on the deal, however, the move couldn’t be confirmed until Bartosz Bialkowski’s switch to Millwall had been completed.

Norris is third-choice goalkeeper at Wolves behind Rui Patricio and John Ruddy and has found his first-team opportunities limited.

He was handed a brief appearance off the bench by Nuno against Fulham in the penultimate game of the Premier League last season as reward for his hard work in training.

Norris has made just eight appearances in total for Wolves since signing from Cambridge United in the summer of 2017.

Norris becomes Blues’ fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Tomas Holy, Adam Przybek, James Norwood and Luke Garbutt.
