TOTT Ratings – Holy and Judge pick of the bunch at Sincil Bank

TOTT takes a look at the performances on the pitch as Town nick it at the death to beat Lincoln.

Tomas Holy

When called upon the big ‘keeper made some smart saves in the second half, one save in particular kept Town in the game at the death of normal time.

TOTT Rating – 7

Janoi Donacien

After getting the benefit of the doubt by the referee with a yellow card when penalised for a blatant shirt pull in the first half. Donacien had a steady game at full back getting forward plenty with perhaps always the best outcome when getting there.

TOTT Rating – 6

James Wilson

The former Imps defender captained the side on his return to Sincil Bank. Made a cruicial intervention to deny Akinde a certain goal at the back post early in the second half.

TOTT Rating – 6

Toto Nsiala

Another mixed display from Nsiala, gave the ball away on numerous occasions but also had some good defensive moments, like most Town players got better as the game went on.

TOTT Rating – 5

Myles Kenlock

A effective if not spectacular display from the Town left back. Always a willing runner up and down the left hand side without really being imposing at either end.

TOTT Rating – 6

Andre Dozzell

Surprisingly starting after a brief cameo with England U20’s on Tuesday night. Quiet first half but grew into the game and always looking to open The Imps up in the final third.

TOTT Rating – 6

Anthony Georgiou

Georgiou’s third start on the spin for Town and probably his quietest game of the lot. After several promising substitute appearances I feel like a big opportunity missed by the on-loan Spurs man to stake a claim for a league start.

TOTT Rating – 6

Brett McGavin

Another start for the Town youngster, neat and tidy on the ball throughout and always demanding the ball from his teammates. Replaced by Idris El Mizouni after picking up a knock early in the second half.

TOTT Rating – 6

Emyr Huws

Another start for the Welshman and another professional performance. An experienced head in the middle of the park. Often trying his luck on goal tonight without really troubling the Lincoln stopper.

TOTT Rating – 6

Alan Judge

Judge started after being a unused sub in Ireland’s draw with Denmark on Monday. Got more involved in the game as the game went on, naturally drifting inside from the flank looking to make something happen. Finished smartly at the death to win the tie for Town and finally open his Ipswich account.

TOTT Rating – 7

Will Keane

Blazed a first half chance over when possible could have squared the ball to Judge for a tap in. Often looked short of support playing the lone striker role.

TOTT Rating – 6

Idris El Mizouni

Subbed on for McGavin just past the hour mark, showed plenty of positive play driving Town forward whenever possible.

TOTT Rating – 6

Tommy Hughes came on late in the game.
